FC3 rescue CD source?

I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I'd like to roll my own version
of the rescue CD, but it looks like RH doesn't give out the source for
this. Does anyone know why they don't?

Because the Rescue CD is based on the same sources in the FC3 distro.  You would have to retreive the sources for FC3, compile them and 'roll your own' Rescue CD from the resulting files.
