smartd troubles: what package supplies?

Hi All,

I've been wondering what package supplies the smartd daemon that starts 
at system startup. It appears to be getting errors and can't start. i'd 
like to try reinstalling the package that it comes in, but I've not been 
able to find out what package that is.

any ideas?
