Can CUPS delete jobs queued to remote CUPS servers?

I am running FC in a thin client environment.  The server is FC 2 and 
the thin clients are FC1.  Once a job is queued from the server to the 
workstation's printer, is there a way to cancel the job from the server 
and have it send a cancel request to the workstations CUPS daemon?

In a thin client environment, the user has no way of getting a local 
login and canceling a job, which means that they contact the 
administrator to cancel a job.
