SC420 and Vesa driver in FC3

Thanks to all for some of the suggestions.  I have to wait until I get
home to attempt a couple of them.

Here is video card information for the Dell SC420 (Entry level Dell
server P4 2.8 800Mhz FSB, onboard Video, SATA...)
