upgrade the rescuecd

Hi,
i would like to upgrade the FC4 rescuecd with a new
kernel, is this possible ?
The recently released kernel-2.6.12-1.1387 package
contains an important bug fix involving my raid
controller, so i need this new kernel also on the
rescuecd which I use to make filesystem maintenance
operations...

I googled a lot without finding any info about this
kind of problem. I think a sort of script able to
update the rescuecd iso from a running system could be
very usefull. Any ideas ?
