Getting Gnome/nautilus to use Xpdf instead of ggv

To select your preferred mail reader got to Desktop | Preferences | More
Preferences | Preferred Applications. 

To select a new default PDF viewer right click on a PDF file, select
Properties, and go to the Open With tab.
