FC4 - Keyboard loss configuration on reboot

Hi,

On every start of my FC4 my keyboard are misconfigured (some keys are
wrong), but all configurations are OK points to my keyboard layout,
then to solve this I need to go  mannualy in Desktop/System
Settings/Keyboard, then enter password root, when Keyboard options
appear I only click in OK button, because my layout is already
selected, after this all key works fine.

What is wrong with my FC4 installation?
