Konsole settings -- saving config between logins

I don't seem to be able to get my Konsole settings to stick.  I have 5
tabs and each tab has a name that I want to save but I can't figure
out why the settings are saved.  Is this a mis-config on my part or a
feature, i.e. can't save the session names
