Any apt repos yet?

I am trying to add:
rpm 		http://rpm.livna.org/ fedora/3/i386 stable unstable testing

to my sources.list but am getting errors.  Perhaps I have something incorrect.
I did a yum install apt 
I think I add that line to sources.list right?
Any repos existing yet?
