Odd warning when using the find command

When I use the find command, I get the following warning (FC 4):
"find: WARNING: Hard link count is wrong for /proc: this may be a bug
in your filesystem driver. Automatically turning on find's -noleaf
option. Earlier results may have failed to include directories that
should have been searched."
Huh? This something I should be concerned with? And how would I
correct this to get rid of the warning?
