[FC3] kernel panic after selinux-policy-targeted update

Best thing to do would have been to conflict with earlier kernel
versions (and possibly check the running kernel version in a script).
(Can a script cause an RPM installation to fail?)

This all presupposes that the problems were known in advance, however.
Clearly, they weren't.
