Wanted: a "Save energy, be more secure" howto

Since this is already hopelessly offtopic-
My server room @ work has around 25 servers in it.
Only 5 monitors  (turned off) .
Dedicated air conditioning unit went down @ 1800-
@ 1815 the temp in the server room was up to 118 farenheit (just under 48C)
The normal temp for that room is 22 C (72 F).
Never underestimate the power of ummm... unconventional heating.
