Setting up bluetooth..

Hi,
 
I've just got a USB bluetooth dongle and I'd like to get it set up with
my Fedora Core 3 installation. Does anyone know of any good documents I
could read to help with this? 
One of my main problems at the moment is how to work out what is and
isn't included with FC3... My current short term aim is to get
gnome-phone-manager working.
Can anyone help?
