where is bluecurve theme style stored?

I'm trying to figure out a way to get a diff of the changes in the 
bluecurve style between fc2 and fc3.

the symptom i'm seeing is a bunch of Qt label widgets packed together in 
a container used to have vertical lines delimiting the start/end of the 
labels under fc2 and now the left/right side of the labels has gone away 
in fc3.

changing the style to "something other than" makes the edges appear again.
