Errors doing yum upgrade of lsof

When upgrading, amongst others, lsof this evening I got these errors, 
though they do not seem to be fatal.

MIME type 'scd,scd.gz,sla,sla.gz' that contains invalid characters

I have no idea what fedora-scribus.desktop is all about; can anyone 
throw any light on this?
