i can't install bttv driver formy TV card

Why do you try the bttv driver at all? As far as I see from "googleing"
your card needs a different driver, which is shipped with the Fedora
kernel:

/lib/modules/2.6.10-1.770_FC3/kernel/drivers/media/video/cx88/
