up2date problem

Dear group

When I attempt to run up2date I get the following msg:

Test install failed because of package conflicts:
file /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/File/Path.pm from install of perl-5.8.5-12.FC3
conflicts with file from package
perl-5.8.5-9

When I attempt to use yum update after running yum clean all, I get the
same msg.

Any suggestions?
