The good old instructions work fine. My first-ever install of FC was of
a FC3 beta, using PXE and doing a network install via dialup Internet
off a caching proxy server.
Without searching for or reading new instructions.
You could try reading the instructions on your install image; they (at
least) identify which images to use.
