No FC2 updates anymore in all repo's?

Not unless a third-party packager provides it. Fedora developers stop 
working on FC2 so that they can put more effort into FC3 and FC4. The 
same will happen to FC3 when FC5 test release 3 comes out.

Possibly, if it does not depend on anything that is not included or 
sufficiently up to date in FC2.
