Cannot gain access to Webmin

I would have thought that, by now, at least localhost would have been a
default, with or without the hosts file.  Even localhost.localdomain,
which seems a Linux, or Red Hat peculiarity.

I'd agree, it should be re-instated.  But I've noticed that my machines
will work without any specific local IP address in the hosts file if
they can resolve the IP through DNS (e.g. DHCPD set addresses), or
they're set to just be localhost.localdomain.
