yum install madwifi problem

I would say you would need to install kernel-2.6.12-1.1456_FC4
This is a common problem when you have program you want to install
that is tied to a particular version of the kernel. I would guess that
because kernels are installed as opposed to being updated yum will not
install this kernel dependency automatically.
