Multi-session CDROM access... How?

 From this am I to understand that you fixated each session?

If a disk isn't fixated, then it can be unusable in some situations. 
I learned this in the past.

If you fixated after the first session, you don't have multiple 
sessions but multiple writes.  This is another issue.
