up2date: libpwd: package dependency problem (FC3)

Add Fedora Extras to what up2date looks for.
It should pull in an update to AbiWord that fixes that - AbiWord 2.4.x
is in Fedora Extras now, I believe for FC-3 as well as FC-4.
