Are you really that concerned that someone will steal your
music by sniffing the network stream?  Samba is reasonably
secure as far as password-controlled access goes.

Use apache with directory indexing and https if you want network
encryption.  IE will execute things according to their filename
extensions.  I'm not sure I'd call that secure...
