Please help: script to merge FC4 udpates with base FC4

Hi,

 I've heard that there is a script to automatically
merge updated packges to under .../Fedora/RPMS/ of
baseline Fedora Core distro, and then obsolete(delete)
old versions automatically. But I can not google it --
there was very old one for Redhat 6.2 only.

 Please help.
