playing it safe and installing everything are mutually exclusive for
virtually any purpose. There are many reasons for this, the most obvious
is the problem of updating. Your logic is pretty much self serving and
obviously not the logic employed by fedora developers.

and they do work - there are kinks - mostly because fedora is an edge
type distribution and you are experiencing the effects of the edges. I
suppose if you want to whine about it, then it is your right to do so.

RFE's should be directed into bugzilla. This forum is to help people
with what occurs. When you want to actually impact what occurs, this
list is not suitable - just a soapbox that you can stand on and rail on
if it makes you feel better.
