Because using screen:0 till screen:1000 at the same time will cover ports
5900-6900 etc.
FTP uses random data ports, so only 21 is registered and not all the other
thousands of ports in use :)

Besides, look at the dates :

The file is more then 10 years old. I use nmap for service names because
that is much more recenter than the old (useless?) services file.
