Viewing installed packages from the command line

Just a quick question. I want to uninstall a package, Open Office for 
example, from the system via a remote SSH session. Now the Open Office 
install is made up of several packages and I don't have all of the names 
memorized, so how would I determine what packages make up the Open 
Office installation from the command line?
