Multiple gateways in a network

A gateway host/hop has /32. You notation at all confuses me. Could you
clarify which IP/net which host has?

It would be helpful if you would have written what your route settings
are actually and how you did set them.

If you need to route a net through a gateway with an IP not matching
that IP/net, then set a route using a route-<device> file. See for that
/usr/share/doc/initscripts-*/sysconfig.txt ->
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/route-<interface-name>.
