How to make firefox to use cache all the time?

How to make the subject? - I want firefox to take required page from its
cache at the first, and connect to a server ONLY when i press "reload" -
is it possible to do?
I've noticed konqueror to use cache always while firefox does it
sometimes...
Is it possible for forefox to use konqueror's cache?
