At the moment the connection cannot be activated, and I am not able
to answer your question. Sorry about that!
After reboot I tried Network Configuration->Activate again:

[root at localhost oler]# tail -f /var/log/messages
...

255.255.255.255 port 67 interval 8
Sep 5 21:22:48 localhost dhclient: DHCPDISCOVER on eth0 to

Sep 5 21:23:07 localhost dhclient: DHCPDISCOVER on eth0 to

Sep 5 21:23:15 localhost dhclient: DHCPDISCOVER on eth0 to

Sep 5 21:23:23 localhost dhclient: DHCPDISCOVER on eth0 to
255.255.255.255 port 67 interval 13
Sep 5 21:23:36 localhost dhclient: DHCPDISCOVER on eth0 to

Sep 5 21:23:41 localhost dhclient: No DHCPOFFERS received.
Sep 5 21:23:41 localhost dhclient: Trying recorded lease 10.0.0.2

Any advice will be much appreciated!
