2 suggestions.

1.  Do not use html on a mailing list.  That is a lot of bloat in the
text.  I have stripped some of the tags so you can see what it looks
like in text.

2.  Do not use all capital letters.  That is considered shouting and
none of us appreciate being yelled at.
