Upgrade clamav from clamav-0.85.1-1

Hi,

I believe there have been some packaging changes to clamav and my 
installation no longer automatically updates with yum.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to upgrade from clamav-0.85.1-1 on 
my FC4 system?

I currently use clamdscan (and clamd) with qpsmtpd.
