converting NTFS drive

Dear All,

My machine is Win2K+FC4 and I have a second physical
drive mounted. On it, there are 3 partitions,
NTFS+NTFS+EXT3. I'd like to convert NTFS to what can
be accessed both by Win2K and FC4. How could I do
that? Do I need backup all the files on NTFS without
worry about on EXT3? Thanks!
