FC4 Networking Problem

Dear frieds,
Thank you for advice,I tried another machine but its
seems that the problem is with the OS or its
packs.Unfortunately this line is an ADSL and the ISP
does not accept any kind of "idle time" setting or
something like that.
I wait for you to advise.
