Shuttle SN25P kernel patch for Envy24PT/HT

Does anyone know if the FC4 kernel (2.6.12-1.1447_FC4smp) has
4510_alsa-sn25p.patch applied?

lspci shows...
 05:06.0 Multimedia audio controller: VIA Technologies Inc. VT1720/24
[Envy24PT/HT] PCI Multi-Channel Audio Controller (rev 01)

soundcard detection detects Envy24PT.
but has this error...
