USB mouse problems (mouse strts working only when i start the network conf program)

Were they in /etc/modprobe.conf.  You should not need to add them to
rc.sysinit.  From my modprobe.conf:

alias usb-controller ehci-hcd
alias usb-controller1 ohci-hcd

I don't know if this will help, but it's worth a try sinde rc.sysinit
may get changed by a future update.
