vorbis-tools not compiled correctly

It seems the vorbis-tools package on FC5 is not configured correctly.
This results it the tools not getting the current user's character set,
and this means that it assumes US-ASCII as input character set. This in
turn means that it will translate all characters that are not in the
US-ASCII range (i.e. all accented characters) to "#", making for pretty
weird and sometimes unreadable comments in the media files.

The workaround is to set the environment variable CHARSET to your
character set:
export CHARSET=UTF-8

I have already made a bug report for this:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=187649

It would be nice if a fixed version came out soon. It shouldn't be hard
with the information in the bug report...
