How to enable LISa on boot?

I found some properties at Kcontrol center and there was some reference
to the developer's site and it was told that I will find some info about
how to enable this daemon on boot-up... I read all at this site but
didn't find anything related to my question.

I know about /etc/lisarc file and can use some /.kde/autostart for get
run some programs at start-up... but how do enable LISa?
