tripwire - /etc/tripwire/twinstall.sh not found

Hi there,

I am building a new FC4 machine here and installed tripwire 2.3.1 for the
first time.  I am unable to generate cryptographic keys at this moment.  I
cannot seem to find the file twinstall.sh anywhere on the my machine.  Any
clues how I can initially configure tripwire?
