FC 5 Hangs at UDev:

Hello All, always I have been using fedora in my desktops, now I bought
a Acer Aspire 5672, can't see to be able to run any FC on my new laptop,
fist reboot after installed it hangs at Udev:. The OS installed fine,
but fist boot on the installed version it hangs on UDev ... no errors or
anything just hangs. Has anybody seen it happen ? or know any solution
for this ?!
