/proc/cpuinfo discrepancy

Hi All,
I did some further digging into this problem and found that my CPU
doesn't, from what I can see, even support throttling. Relevant terminal
output is below.

> acpi id: 0
> bus mastering control: yes
> power management: yes
> throttling control: no
> limit interface: no
