I have wiped them and installed FC5 but now with VNC I am unable to connect to screen :0 (console) so I can remote control the Computers instead of having to visit the Helpdesk area to make changes. Anybody know why VNC Server will not connect to the Console screen ?

IPtables is off, I have not made any changes to /etc/x11/xorg.con
First part of this file is as follows:
# XFree86 4 configuration created by pyxf86config

Section "ServerLayout"
        Identifier "Default Layout"
        Screen 0 "Screen0" 0 0
        InputDevice "Mouse0" "CorePointer"
        InputDevice "Keyboard0" "CoreKeyboard"

Also what is the best way to restart X ?

thanks in advance.
