Time incorrect after processor upgrade

This is normal, ntpd takes several minutes to synchronize.

Again, this is normal, ntpd uses port 123 so ntpdate can't use 
it. Try ntpdate -u de.pool.ntp.org instead. You should 
set /etc/ntp/step-tickers to point to a time server that can be 
used for initial synchronization before ntpd starts.
