yum update perl-rrdtool issue(s)

Is it only me or is there someone else having the same problem(s)?..everytime i do yum -y update i get below..

I have cleaned up yum cache..done all i think might be the problem(s) but still it persists..this is happening on FC5 and FC4 machines.

PS:this will happen even if i repeat the yum update process after 1 sec or 10 days..!
