Thanks Roberto.
The problem resides in the mysql root password.

The .sql must be run like:
cat pandoradb.sql | mysql -D pandora -u root -p
cat pandoradb_data.sql | mysql -D pandora -u root -p

So I need to know the password before running the scripts, is there a way to do that?
