FC4 burning DVD I/O issue

Boot into Linux and as root modify your /boot/grub/grub.conf.
Add timeout if necessary (will look something like this);
timeout=15
title Fedora Core (2.6.15-1.1830_FC4)
        root (hd0,0)
        kernel /vmlinuz-2.6.15-1.1830_FC4 ro root=/dev/hda2 vga=0x31a
        initrd /initrd-2.6.15-1.1830_FC4.img
