cups sucks me

I tried to configure cups on a local network and fails!!!

The server is working: printer is plugged on a usb port and work.

cups is running

following the instructions for the client I did nothing on the client
(cups is running of course) and nothing happens.

I modified the client.conf on the client: setting the server name

The only change is a message in access_log file of the server:

192.168.2.2 - - [21/Feb/2006:20:04:17 +0530] "POST / HTTP/1.1" 403 0

Nothing work on the client.....

Is there somewhere a real and clear manual of cups?
