Samba error message when starting the service

when trying to start the service I get the following error message:

  process_name_release_request: Attempt to release name MSHOME<1d> from IP
192.168.5.35 on subnet 192.168.5.1 being rejected as it is one of our names.

  Got SIGTERM: going down...

What am I doing wrong in the setup?
