in fact on this machine simple mail command is also not working
like if i issue the command

mail -s "test" me at hotmail.com
hi this is a test mail
.

even then this system isnt sending mail
on another system i sent mail through upper command and mail has sent. then 
i used mutt and mutt is also sending mails from that system,
now wot the problem can be in system A
